Ariana's Persian Kitchen at Atlantis The Royal is led by Iranian-American chef and cookbook author Ariana Bundy. The menu draws on Persian family recipes and is designed around sharing, with rice dishes, grills, stews, breads and sweets interpreted for a contemporary hotel restaurant.

The restaurant serves separate lunch and dinner sessions every day. Its official Taste of Persia lunch gives diners a fixed-price introduction, while the Palm Jumeirah setting and substantial indoor and outdoor capacity make the venue suitable for premium occasions as well as destination dining.

Good to know

Atlantis states that its restaurants can cater for vegetarian guests; dietary requirements should still be communicated when booking. The official hotel brochure lists both indoor and outdoor seating for the restaurant.
