Hōseki

Hōseki is a reservation-only omakase restaurant on the fourth floor of Bvlgari Resort Dubai. It has seventeen seats across two counters and is led by chef Masahiro Sugiyama, whose published menu is based on Edomae sushi and ingredients sourced from Japan.

Lunch is offered at one fixed seating from Thursday to Sunday, while dinner has two seatings from Wednesday to Sunday. The official menus place Hōseki in the ultra-luxury tier and explicitly state that gluten-free requirements cannot be accommodated, making direct dietary confirmation essential before booking.
