Shabestan

Shabestan is a longstanding Persian restaurant inside Radisson Blu Dubai Deira Creek. The hotel dates the restaurant to 1984 and describes recipes carried through three generations, with a menu focused on Iranian rice dishes, kebabs, stews and traditional accompaniments.

The second-floor location overlooks Dubai Creek and serves continuously from lunchtime through late evening. Its history and stable official hours make it a useful heritage anchor for a Persian collection, distinct from newer contemporary and celebrity-chef entries.
