Sukhothai is the Thai restaurant at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre in Garhoud. Its official materials focus on traditional recipes prepared by Thai chefs, with a menu spanning the established staples of a full-service Thai dining room.

The restaurant publishes one continuous daily schedule from early afternoon to late evening. A separate Thaipas promotion runs on selected afternoons with soft-drink and house-beverage tiers, but that offer should be treated as time-sensitive rather than a permanent measure of the whole menu.
